"The atmosphere of the place was both friendly and relaxing. All the staff were exceptional. We loved our stay at Mashikokan Satoyama Resort Hotel. "

"Great chain of hotels who get all the basics so right. Great beds great facilities great to have access to coffee all the time. Felt like coming home great location but would need own transport to get to places "

"The rooms were a good size. How ever the restaurant and hot springs spa was closed and has been closed since 2021. "

"Amazing hospitality, comfort and cleanliness. Beautiful stay. Food and snacks provided. 10/10 highly recommend!"

"Belle hotel avec des commerces à proximité, grand parking."

"朝5時からの朝食はとても助かります。 ゴルフ前は必ず食事を摂りますが朝食付きでも朝の7時からが多く結局食べられずお弁当とかおにぎりだったりでしだが本当に有難い。 スタッフさんもとても親切でアメニティーも充実してます。"

"Basic for sleep one night"

"Very good faciliries and enjyoiable stay. "

"Hotel staff were very kind and helpful. The facility was very clean and the Furo on the 1st floor was amazing."

"The Facilities and the rooms are very nice. Dont let the star rating scare you off. The only reason they are below 5 stars is due to the location of the hotel. It is located at a very suburban area not much going on around the property (including restaurant) and you really need a car to get around the area. There is a local railway near by though. "

"コスパが良い。朝食を出してくれました。"

"I've stayed at the Yard 9 countless times. Its my favorite hotel in the Tochigi area. "
