“Peaceful studio with a lovely view off the porch. Was easy to find and all aspects of the stay were smooth. Perfect place for a few days in Frederick ”

“Host was welcoming and helpful. Responded quickly to bringing salt for freezing/ice on the steps. Had minor issues with backyard not being fully fenced in or access to a porch light for cleaning up poop. Bath and toiletries are available and well labeled, however brands/scents aren't labeled. I'm allergic to lavender so I couldn't risk using any. ”

“Cool location in town! We enjoyed visiting nearby antique shops, museum, coffee shop, and diners. I loved the front porch sitting. It was a short drive to historic Harpers Ferry. The kids enjoyed the games and books. The beds were super comfy. The bedding was clean and soft. I slept well, even though you can hear the trains working through the night. That added to the charm. The bathroom was gorgeous with exposed bricks and the shower had a rain shower head! Kim and Todd were excellent hosts. ”

“This rental worked out great for a family overnight. We were fortunate to talk with the hosts and they shared a great deal of information about the area. We will be coming back, if for no other reason to just explore the area. There's several food/drink establishments within walking distance. These establishments were all worth going back to. Overall, a great place to stay.”

Kim and Todd think of everything, I don’t think I have enough room to name all the great things: the kitchen has everything you could possibly need to cook, bake, and eat meals around the table. I really appreciated the coffee station. The place is so nicely furnished and decorated; even the outside was so whimsical and decorated for Christmas! “This was the perfect place for a quiet solo get away. The apartment was warm, cozy, plush, and calm. It was beautifully and simply decorated with lots of comfy blankets and furniture. The hosts were incredibly easy to work with, and very accommodating. The heating was perfect for this cold winter weekend, and the electric fireplace was the perfect touch. I highly recommend this for a quiet, cozy getaway to recharge and relax.”
