Breakfast consisted of waffles and reused gravel for biscuits and the biscuits were still cold from thawing from the freezer! The elevator was broken so we had to use the stairs which wasn’t an issue for us, but we followed up another person that really struggled with getting to the top floor. The pool is still out of service, which I read in some other reviews it’s been out for a while. The bed was awful. We slept terrible. There were some sketchy people outside too! It might be good for a quick overnight, but we won’t be returning.

Elevator was broken. Bathroom sink clogged. Super loud bathroom fan. Stains everywhere couch and carpet looked like a bloodstain on floor. Towels were rough like sandpaper time to buy new towels. Bright hallway light shines through the door. Breakfast smelled good. I just wanted to go home. This was a last minute choice but I would not stay here again.

Not a bad hotel, and the location is very good with easy entry/exit and several restaurants and stores nearby. The rooms need an update on maintenance, and the smell of weed permeates the halls. It's stingy on supplies and daily cleanings though--housekeeping only every other day and trying to get extra supplies between times was impossible. We asked for extra towels and coffee for the room but never got them. We asked for bedding for the pull out sofa and were given a sheet and one thin, heavily stained blanket. No extra pillows allowed. The breakfast was basic but the only form of a protein was the small pod of yogurt. The price was right for the experience

We stayed here via a reservation and after 12 1/2 hours of car traveling we were road-weary on July 25. What a pleasant surprise when we reached the property in Hagerstown,MD. The front desk manager was so friendly and helpful and quickly resolved a minor issue in our room. The room itself was spacious and clean and the king bed was most welcome. A great value for our money and we would definitely stay here again

Front desk person didn’t speak to me, was very weird. I mentioned this to the front desk when I checked out and they said the person is shy. Why would they be in hospitality is my response. Breakfast was poor, bed was comfortable. The pull out sofa was horrible.

We know it’s sometimes a challenge to find someone who wants to work as night clerk. But the young lady who checked us in will never win Miss Congeniality. Ever feel like you were an annoyance? Amenities were fine, but was great, and breakfast offered all you needed. Only one suggestion: a grab bar on the outside of the tub/shower. Otherwise, a good stay.

I saw some of the terrible reviews, so I asked the worker if I could look at the room prior to booking which they allowed. The room was clean, lots of space, with many channels to choose from. Not a smart TV, but I hat access to HBO, music channels, etc. Breakfast was decent. The worker were helpful and friendly. The small gym is functional. This place was perfect for its location, budget, and the friendly staff.
