"First off the staff were very accommodating and friendly. There were upper floor noises, they glady changed our room twice. One side wooden, one side concrete. we had three different rooms, 1st rm was on the level floor, it was big, they accommodated two bed request. I feel bad cause the staff were great, but the rooms were not clean to hotel standards. It could be, but it wasn't. they cleaning staff have to give the bathroom and floors a really good cleaning. The hotel rating could be higher if that was the case. The bath towel had a hole in it like the bath towel you wipe your bathroom floor with cause its worn. I really liked the staff and location was good, its all up hill anyway... They could be a really great hotel if the rooms were cleaner. Thank you."

The housekeeping team truly does an outstanding job. The spa was absolutely amazing—relaxing, well-maintained, and a perfect place to unwind. Breakfast was another highlight, with a wide variety of fresh, delicious options to start the day right. Overall, an exceptional hotel experience. We would definitely return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Istanbul."

"This is a small but full-service hotel located in the heart of Sultanhamet, a 5-10 minutes' walk from the Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosque. The room was well-appointed, the bed comfortable, and the marble-tiled bathroom spotless, all with a nice view of the Sea of Marmara.the breakfast was quite good, with scrambled eggs, salads, breads, fruit, cheeses, and excellent coffee, with wonderful servers. I could not have been more pleased with my stay."
