Das Zimmer, das ich hatte, war zwar renoviert und klimatisiert, aber es entspräche meiner Meinung nach insgesamt nicht mehr als einem Zwei-Sterne-Hotel. "Great place for a pet friendly over night stay whilst travelling"

"La climatisation ne fonctionnait pas et le technicien annoncé à notre arrivée pour -soi-disant régler le problème - n'est jamais venu. Il faisait une chaleur atroce dans les chambres et nous avons dû avancer notre départ (j'ai envoyé un mail au représentant local du groupe Accor -sur la suggestion de la réceptionniste- pour demander une indemnisation. J'attends la réponse."

"Person was horrible to deal with and cancelled stay day of. They were asking for money than agreed upon and were extremely rude and demanding. Also they are extremely demanding and expect the customer to bend around there rules and times, whenever is best for them"

"Upon arrival I had not received the digi code for keyless entry, and called the displayed number. The key was not ready yet, but the owner was very helpfull and came with 10 minutes. I even got a bigger room. Very thankfull !"

Short driving distances to supermarket and downtown Haguenau. Easy access to highway towards Strasbourg or Germany."

Sehr angenehme Gastgeber, dezent im Hintergrund, aber sofort bei der Hand, wenn sie gebraucht werden. Wir haben einen köstlichen Coque au vin in der Gite genossen, zubereitet von Gerard.Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit. "
