「I stayed at Kaliwa Lodge for 4 nights and was impressed by the tranquil and peaceful environment. The terrace is a great place to watch the sacred Mountain Kilimanjaro at different times of the day, and be connected to the nature. I brought along my yoga mat to practise on the terrace every morning. Food is great too, they prepared wonderful vegetarian food for me on request everyday. Staff is very nice and treat every guest with their heart. I really enjoyed staying at Kaliwa Lodge. 」

「The KIA was a rambling group of individual rooms, somewhat hard to navigate. The rooms were adequate, however the AC did not work. Luckily it was cool enough outside to open the windows.
The airport is minutes away and the shuttle is easy to schedule. Had a nice pizza in the bar. The pool is good.」
