Memorable experience

很棒的體驗！
地點很好，距離車站走路五分鐘，附近也有一些地方可以散散步，強羅公園自然是必去！住宿各方面真的很棒，獨立泡湯也非常棒，大眾池很可惜的卻完全沒有任何視野。整體服務十分滿意，所有服務人員都服務非常周到！唯一讓我們覺得美中不足的是，第一天晚上的餐點，生魚片吃起來很像已經暴露在空氣中超過一段時間，其他也有幾道菜有點食之無味，牛蒡也吃不出所以然，整體覺得魚類過多應該換成其他肉類，但早餐十分豐盛，我們很享受！旅館爭訟的小禮物也非常非常棒！因為有點是旅館精心準備地點小驚喜所以就不在這裡透露細節。整體而言還不錯但是應該不會再去！主要是因為：距離有點遙遠，價格有點稍貴，晚餐不盡理想，大眾池也有點令人失望。

Service, food and environment worth the price
Waiter is elegant, passionate and thoughtful to provide service by person and the weather. Environment is very quiet to relax well. View is good for maples.

近強羅火車站,地點方便
原來這溫泉酒店除了大眾可用的男、女露天風呂泉水是真是溫泉水和1字樓層都是外,其它樓層的房間只是熱水供應當作是溫泉水, 所以我們很失望,幸好服務很細心,晚餐和早餐都不錯,這酒店環境也不錯

高級奢華的享受, 從一入大廳開始就感受到飯店的高檔及人員的五星服務。懷石料理的晚餐極為豐盛, 我們吃的超撐。雖然房間裡已有私人泡湯的設備, 但我們仍然有預約露天風呂的個室, 體驗不同的情懷, 太棒了!

Its a beautiful place with an authentic feel and honestly just an experience itself. Staff goes out of their way to serve you, kind and helpful. Food is amazing. Not enough good adjectives to describe, you must live it.

Unforgettable
We experienced unbelievably outstanding & personal service, authentic traditional Japanese accommodations, unforgettable Kaiseki dining, and a relaxing Onsen spa experience. One of the finest hotels I have visited in the world. Well worth a stay if you are visiting the Hakone area. You will not find any place better!

A truly memorable experience. Our room assistant (Nene) and the ryokan's staff were very helpful and polite. Something that warmed our heart was that they noticed we were not back at the ryokan at around 6pm (most of the tourist attractions in Hakone close at 5pm ). The staff went the extra mile by giving us a call to check if we required any assistance or transport. Very pleased with the service and accommodation.
