河鹿莊酒店地點離湯本車站不遠可考慮再入住。
温泉酒店及其溫泉質素令人滿意,進餐地方及服務十分體貼,可惜兩食品質一般。酒店地點離湯本車站近，步行數分鐘便到達,附近環境優美,加上有櫻花盛開,令人心曠神怡。

很近湯本站，很方便。雖然有點舊，但一切都很舒適斉備，早晚餐極之丰富，美味。適合家庭旅客。又設有温泉。工作人員友善有礼，能說流利英語。

Relaxing stay with Hotel Kajikaso
I had a great stay with family in this hotel. Excellent services have been received by us from all staff here with high quality of food including both dinner and breakfast. Good location and close to the train station.

酒店位於箱根湯本站附近，只需5至10分鐘腳程便到達。酒店旁邊便是早川，所以景觀頗佳。而酒店整體環境氣氛舒適悠閒，惟膳食只屬一般。附近商店街的店舖(包括食店)6時左右便關門，所以晚上最佳節目便是浸溫泉。

這個價錢可以有一泊二食 而且十分近鐵路站，真的十分高的性價比 懷石料理很好吃， 服務員的態度也十分好 如果預算不多又想體驗溫泉旅館的一泊二食 這個是一個好選擇

從洒店到 步行 JR 鐡路站大約10 分鐘十分方便，服務態度良好，貼心地為我們講介紹酒店內各項設施，晚餐/早餐水準很好。

職員的招呼很熱情很親切。 但在晚上酒店內部的燈光昏暗，很寧靜，而且幾乎沒有看到職員，感覺有點陰森。 房間焗促，需要打開窗戶。

Nice hotel
Great staff - helpful, friendly, can speak fluent English, polite. Room is clean but a bit stuffy. Onsen is okay. Location is good. Food is good. In sum, nothing is excellent except staff; yet everything is still good and It is overall a nice hotel.

hotel is convenience just 10mins walk from Hakoneyumoto station. hotel is old and no wifi at room, you have to go lobby for connection. I stay 1 night with 2 meals (dinner and breakfast) and it's normal. i didn't expect bitten by mosquito while i enjoy hot spring, no view and facilities are old. Room is old but view is nice, staffs are nice and helpful.

Overall great hotel
Overall good hotel, experience was great but the serving of dinner was quick rush so you have to eat as.much as you can, hotel should leave sufficient time for guest dinner.

Our room was extremely spacious with 2 ensuite bathroom. Service was impeccable. It would be even better if dinner and breakfast could be served in our room.

A very comfortable hotel
The hotel is near the onsen street which has a lot of souvenir shops and Japanese snacks. Also, the staffs were very friendly and helpful that they provided us with a memorable experience. The dinner and breakfast were arranged to have in our room which let us have more privacy and we can enjoy them easily and they were very yummy. Lastly, the hotel is near the station that transportation is very convenient.

A well established ryokan
A large scale ryokan with much space. Onsens and foot spas are fantastic and must-try for all, with many options both indoors and open air. The meals are very nice too. Customer service is standard but as in many other large ryokans visited before, staff tend to be a bit too reserved than passionate. At a key location near the Hakone Yumoto Station. Will recommend if you prefer a convenient stay spending much time on ryokan onsens.

五星好评，河鹿庄箱根酒店必须点个赞，强烈推荐！年纪大了 反而喜欢有年头的事物 这次箱根之行的“河鹿庄”让我们全家都很满意 整个饭店处处蕴含着深厚历史沉积 能维护到这个程度实属难得 交通极其方便 房间整洁干净 而真正让我感动的是细致入微的“日式服务” 恍惚间没接触过几位工作人员 却又是实实在在照顾的无微不至 很少写评论 总之有机会必定再来

Nice onsen hotel
This is a very nice onsen hotel. Comfortable room. 1 minute walk to shopping street. 5 minutes walk to train station. Great traditional Japanese dinner and breakfast are included. We love the breakfast. The dinner was too much though. Too many food items, and we did not know what would be coming. We could not finish everything, even they were tasty. The onsen, no need to say, is excellent. Since the hotel is next to the river, it is a bit noisy if you open the room window. Air conditioning inside the room is not comfortable, a bit on the hig side.
