"Staff was very accommodating "

"I’ve lived in Florida for many years this is the first time I stayed before a flight due to my early 6 am departure time ! Valet was easy, room was great an convenient! Bellman takes you bags to check in and an escalator down to security gave me the convenience of gaining some extra sleep so I’m not exhausted before I even leave ! Highly Recommend and from now on this will just be part of my pre vacation !"

"The service was excellent but it seems obvious they operate on a skeletal staff. There is nobody assigned to the little store inside. You have to go to the desk clerk ( who is also the manager.) The bartender is also the food server and busser in the restaurant. There is no concierge nor baggage porters. I realize it is low season, but for a higher end hotel, it really felt sparse. I saw almost no other customers. The room was dirty! I found party remnants in the room ( a party streamer/confetti) and there was tape all over the windows inside. The window itself is filthy. The bed was lumpy. Hardly slept and awoke with a backache. The restaurant food is pretty good actually. They were out of some menu items however. I think overall this was a vibrant, active hotel, maybe 20 years ago. But it seems VERY TIRED now."

"Absolutely nothing bad to say about this hotel. The definition of a hidden gem. Rooms are nice, plenty of space, and CLEAN! A huge perk that I’m surprised more hotels don’t offer: FREE WATER! The ice machine provides ice AND water so you don’t have to buy bottled water for an outlandish price. Parking is free and super convenient. We stayed the weekend to go to the UCF football game and the hotel is minutes away from both I-4 and 408 so it made it super easy to get out east. And the restaurant attached to the hotel is great as well! Delicious food and fantastic service. Can’t wait to stay here the next time we come to Orlando!"
