“We enjoyed our relaxing stay at the Moose’s View. It was a perfect location for exploring Homer, close to town, yet far enough away to be quiet and peaceful. It was very comfortable and clean, and had everything we needed for our three night stay. We loved the beautiful view of the Homer Spit, Katchemak Bay, and the surrounding mountains. We saw bald eagles and moose from the living room window, and sandhill cranes in the neighbor’s yard. We look forward to staying here again on our next visit……

“This property was absolutely gorgeous. The kids had a wonderful time playing on the beach and checking out all of the shops. The candy store was probably their favorite 😁. The beds were comfy, the space was cozy and for the location it was surprisingly quiet. The owners are excellent communicators and you can tell that they put a lot of thought and love into the property. Thanks for a great time with family!”

Catkins cabin has everything needed and she is a gracious and entertaining host. This was our family's favorite part of our Alaska trip and are already planning a return stay. “Located on a peaceful side street near town with a stunning view of Kachemak Bay and mountains, this property is perfect for a weekend getaway. The accommodations are so pleasant, spacious, freshly updated, sparkling clean with attention to so many details. The fresh bowl of fruit was a nice, welcomed treat. The living/dining area is comfortable, the kitchen area is more than adequate for small meals/snacks (refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker), the bedrooms and bathroom are large and well……

“Very clean cabin with the two queen beds being comfortable. It's a ways from town but accessible. The road there is pretty bumpy, normal Alaskan life. Gorgeous views. The kids enjoyed the outhouse experience after all.”

“PERFECT for us. The property sit right at Ramp 1 of small boat harbor. Panoramic windows allows views of a working fishing town. Halibut charters are literally right across the street. There boats are literally right down ramp in front of house. Shops and restaurants are close walking distance and not to mention the breathtaking mountains and bay. I could stay a month here…or a lifetime. House was rustic Homer on the outside but was clean and modern on the inside. Comfortable and spacious front……
