「The room was clean and they did give us new towels even on days they didn't do full cleaning services, which I appreciate. We were given a handicap room and the shower was a little run down and off color. No conditioner or lotion bottles, only a bar soap, with no holder for the soap, and a shampoo bottle. 「There was all kinds of hair left on the bedding, dead cockroaches in the corners of the room, and at night, cockroaches crawled all over the place. The room was extremely unsanitary.」
