「I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff were really friendly and welcoming. I loved how close it was to transit and was within walking distance of restaurants and shopping. 「I absolutely loved this hotel. I spent the happiest days of my trip to Europa in innsbruck. The room had everything I needed. The kitchen was also fully equipped, so I could buy ingredients from the supermarket and cook them myself, it made me feel like I live here, thats a very good feeling for traveler. The staff were very friendly and helpful. If you're staying two nights or more, remember to get an innsbruck welcome card.」

「We stayed at hotel weisses kreus for 5 nights. It was a very pleasant accommodation experience. In addition to the rich breakfast, the owner was friendly and the staff was great. Another thing worth mentioning is that the cleanliness of the bedding, cups and plates was rare in my 30 years of travel. It is an excellent hotel and worth recommending. If I return to Innsbruck, weisses kreus is definitely the only choice.」

「Super friendly and helpful front desk. Breakfast is very good and full of variety. Great location as well. Easily access to old town area. Plenty of restaurant and department stores around. One problem is that there is a unpleasent toilet smell when we first entered the room and lingers until the next day.」
