“I checked in to sleep and but had trouble sleeping because of nearby party. When I raised my concern, it was properly addressed. General manager of the hotel personaly talked to me, understood my concern and not just apologized but rightly compensated with food and royal tour of the palace. He even offered free accommodation for another day but my trip plan didn't allow me to take it. Mr. Shyam singh from front office courtesly explained the palace and royal dynasty. It is not the goodies, free……

“Room was big and comfortable and modern. The hotel is clean overall but the restaurant has a limited vegetarian menu and items listed on menu may not be available. The hotel staff are polite but could be more informed about what’s around the hotel and transportation options for guests, restaurants in the area etc. ”

“The room was large, clean, and very aesthetically pleasing. We got the top room 108 for a family of 4. It’s hard to find accommodation large enough but this was really nice. Kids on mattresses on floor. The manager owns 3 hotels and had everything running smoothly. Shower hot, soap and shampoo supplied. Brilliant chefs who run everything. I loved my chai and our meals. They even cooked me a requested dinner at breakfast time as I’m GF. Very nice place. Balcony on room. Great views from……

“This is now my second time staying at Singhvi’s and it was even better than the first time. The staff are lovely and the room was gorgeous, we went for a premium room, which was very big with gorgeous decor. The room was very clean and had great AC and a ceiling fan. The water pressure was low at times, but they moved us to another room, where it was working fine. The location is in the old town, it was next to the fort, which was handy as we could walk there in 8 mins, we did the zip lining.……

“The staff was very courteous and friendly. Breakfast was good. However, this hotel was in the old city of Jodhpur and the surroundings was very raw. Hotel has a very old building and we felt lack of proper ventilation during the stay. Certainly not worth the price, would not do it again. ”
