Room was clean but very tired. Could have done with a can of Raid for the spiders and flies in our room. Reception was unattended for the whole of our two night stay and I didn't see any members of staff the whole time. Swimming pool was nice and refreshing. Laundry was expensive at $10 for use of a domestic-sized washing machine and antique tumble drier.

Everything was very good, would have been perfect if the bbq wasnt stained with oxidised metal and the sliding toilet door was working properly. Quite aged, but everything worked well. The hot tub was a hit with the children

We understand these are difficult times for this area with COVID followed by bushfires so tourism is down. We have stayed at this venue a number of times over many years and it needs updating. It is a good location, but we did not see any staff either on arrival or departure

Loved staying here, only a few minutes drive into Halls Gap, but in such a quiet, private setting. We had one of the cabins and loved it. Would definitely stay again! The only issue was the WIFI which wasn’t very reliable but it wasn’t a problem, we weren’t there to be online all day.

Everything was good apart from the noise late at night from other guests and the walls weren’t fully soundproof so hard to sleep otherwise really good stay staff were nice and room was good

We thought the surrounding property could do with a clean up as there was some rubbish scattered which looked as though it had been there for a while. Also although we separated our recycles there was no green bin for food scraps. Our room was very comfortable, & clean.

The room was basic, cheap and functional. The carpet was stained and the outside pool water was murky. Garden beds around the car park spots were full of weeds and the overall grounds need a tidy up. It’s only a short drive into Halls gap and the it was very quiet at the unit. Very few people there.
