“Awesome room and staff. The hardware is pretty new. There's not much shopping or restaurant in that area. But the hotel has a restaurant on its own. Staff speak good English and always smile at you. Wonderful service. ”

“非常好的下龙湾行程，越南很热，所以一边吹着空调一边看着下龙湾落日美景真的很享受，如果是一日往返的船只基本都是没空调的，会很热！这艘船整体还是比较新的，刚上船的那餐午饭是几道式的西餐，晚饭和第二天的早饭都是自助餐，很干净，味道做的也好！在船上的两天一晚还参加了两次活动，一次是另外乘小船去个溶洞，还有一次是上岸去更大的一个蝙蝠洞探险，都不用额外付费，很都不错！就算体力不佳也能轻松玩下来，总体来说，这个行程我们三个人都很满意！”

“We were a little apprehensive about booking our bucket list Ha Long Bay cruise with Scarlet Pearl after reading mixed reviews in various platforms but we went ahead with it and went with no expectations. We were very pleasantly surprised. The pick from our hotel in Hanoi was on time and in a luxury van which was very comfortable. “I had an absolutely incredible stay at this hotel!! Probably in the top 5 best hotel stays I have ever had. Our room on the 22nd floor was absolutely amazing, beautifully renovated with modern finishes and a balcony with a stunning view of Halong bay… this hotel had everything! …and the front desk staff members were amazing- very friendly and eager to help us maximize our stay… they recommended a one-day boat tour which was really quite excellent. The breakfast buffet wasn’t included, but was……

“Overall a good experience and quality. Quite expensive to be Vietnam but it also includes food and activities. We participated in three activities and all places were very crowded. So the activities could have been better but the view from the room is amazing. The service overall is good and the food was tasty.”

“The cruise was incredible. The staff (Jimmy and Scott) made the experience great. We liked our cabin with the balcony from where you can admire the beauty of the bay.”

“Muong Thanh Luxury Ha long Centre hotel was above expectations. Food was excellent. The room was spotless and beautiful Ocean view. Friendly and accommodating staffs, willing to help with a smiles. There was a young manager name Mr Ngoc that help to serve us breakfast, he was very polite and helpful. Definitely will comeback and stay here ad my hotel of choice.”

“First I must say the negatives here are minor and the customer service was most definitely 5 stars. Quick with the negatives; housekeeping put a torn sheet on the bed. Pet peeve of mine I hate to see. There is no shower stall but a large tub almost 3 feet deep. Treacherous to get in and out of; no shower curtain; room gets flooded and the floor is slick; not a fan. That’s it. Everything else was amazing people skills by the front desk and the dining room. They all went above and beyond to see……
