「This is a strange set up, with the hotel on a high floor above a shopping center near the Rhein. The hotel rooms were fine, cleanliness was fine, and the staff were fine (except in the restaurant - where they were excellent). However, this hotel has NO AIR CONDITIONING, and was a hot oven. We had to come up with every excuse not to be in the room. There were fans, but they worked horribly. What really bugged us is that we found out after we left that the same company owned a hotel one floor...

「The room is spacious. Hotel reception puts us in a room far from the pub, which is quiet and comfortable. No air conditioning but I feel ok in June if the windows are open with the fan on. The only improvement is that the room should have a kettle for guests to make hot water. We have to go to the pub and ask for hot water every day, which is not convenient (also I think it may cause inconvenient to the pub owner too)」
