"Staff were very helpful and allowed early check in (1:30pm). The hotel itself is ion a gorgeous building. The rooms are spacious, and my bathroom was a good size. The only issue I had was that at night the bathroom was VERY cold, and the room itself also chilly. I tried to warm it up via the air con/ heater, but it wasn't powerful enough. This did affect the quality of my sleep. "

"What a fantastic hotel - conveniently located, super friendly staff all willing to go that extra mile! The room was lovely, bed and pillows really comfortable and my wife was delighted with the Dyson air dryer and straighteners. Managed to fully charge my EV overnight for £15 and the breakfast at Mollies Diner was great too! Highly recommended and will definitely be back! "

"The location of this hotel is GREAT. Everything is walkable. We selected a rate offered on Expedia that included valet parking(convenience) and buffet breakfast (excellent). We booked “premium king” which is NOT a Canadian or American King size bed. It is more like a queen. I learned that you really need to book a TWIN bed room. Then ask them to “zip” the 2 twin beds together. Also be careful when you check out, we had prepaid on Expedia (3 months prior when I booked) but the booking didn’t show this and they wanted to charge me.I had my receipt indicating PAID and this took a number of calls and digging and explaining from their side. BE CAREFUL. The reception staff were friendly sorting this out. I just found it fishy. "

"The room was clean and tidy and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom floor was spotless and passed the damp white tissue test. The tea/coffee making items were tidied away in the wardrobe, and I did need to move the table so I could plug the kettle in, but that was fine. "
