The wine and cheese events on Tuesdays and Saturdays are a nice touch. The breakfast buffet was simple but tasty, sufficient, nicely presented and fresh. Fresh individual coffees were appreciated.

The room and circulation areas were well maintained and spotlessly clean. The staff were exceptional ; they could not do enough for all guests and were very attentive / helpful in all respects . Friendly welcome. Comfortable, clean and compact room. Both of our rooms (203 and 204) had opaque and inaccessible windows (behind the bed) so there’s little point in paying for a room with a window. Unbeatable location.

Exceptionally clean. Helpful staff. Great location. Despite being in a busy area I didn’t hear any noise. The rooms are tiny. Great for 1 but I would have struggled if I’d booked for a couple. I had a fab time and would definitely recommend for solo travellers
