Dejligt hotel

Hotellet ligger tæt på en togstation, så selvom det er et stykke fra Hamborg Centrum, så er det nemt at komme rundt uden bil. Hotellets personale er meget venlige, imødekommende og serviceminded. Og selvom værelserne er små, så er de pæne og rene. Alt i alt et ok hotel med en i øvrigt supergod morgenmadsbuffet.

Günstiges Hotel, wenig Komfort

Die Bilder versprachen Zimmer in normaler Größe. Unseres war kleiner, als eine Schiffskabine. Vom Bett zur Toilette trennen einen vielleicht 1,5m durch eine Glastür. Wer schauen möchte, ob man auf engstem Raum, ohne jegliche Privatsphäre auskommt, ist hier bestens aufgehoben. Die Wände sind dreckig und verschmiert, die Sauberkeit generell könnte um einiges besser sein. Die Einrichtung war teils kaputt. Das Hotel ist eher eine Herberge, was okey ist, wenn es entsprechend auch beworben wird! Das Personal ist teilweise freundlich und hilfsbereit, bei einigen hat man den Eindruck bekommen, sie wollen lieber nicht dort sein. Das Frühstück war super und sehr üppig. Alles in allem kann man hier günstig übernachten und ist binnen von 15min. via S Bahn im Zentrum. Das ist wirklich gut und diesbezüglich auch empfehlenswert als Unterkunft. Dennoch versprechen die Beschreibung und die Fotos etwas anderes. Es entsteht der Eindruck, das Hotel ist unbeliebt bei den Betreibern/ Besitzern und bekommt nur noch die nötigste Aufmerksamkeit.

Checkin dauerte übe eine halbe Stunde, da die Dame nicht mit dem Computer umgehen konnte. Zimmer sind recht eng.

Hotel ok, un po' distante dal centro

Albergo ottimo, un po' distante dal centro, forse ben collegato. Ho visto una fermata proprio sotto l'hotel ma noi eravamo in macchina, in ogni caso mezz'ora per arrivare in centro. Il resto tutto ok

Nicht zentral, aber nah am S Bahnhof lelegen mit guter Anbindung an das Stadtzentrum. Das Zimmer war sehr klein, entsprach den Angaben des Hotels in der Hotelbeschreibung. Ist aber für einen kurzen Aufenthalt und zur Übernachtung völlig ausreichend. Ein kleiner Kritikpunkt, das Fenster war undicht was bei Minus 7 Grad und eisigem Wind etwas unangenehm war. Das Frühstück ist aber sehr reichhaltig und lecker.

Solides Hotel am Stadtrand

Das Hotel funktioniert sehr professionell: gute Parkmöglichkeiten, freundliches Personal und - nicht zu vergessen - günstige Preise. Zimmer wirklich sehr klein, aber wenn man dort nicht seinen Jahresurlaub verbringen will, sicher ausreichend. Sehr gut ist die Parkmöglichkeit in der Tiefgarage.

Das Zimmer winzig, das Bad noch winziger mit verschimmelten Silikon-Nähten. Frühstücksbuffet o.k.. Die beworbene Bar war am Samstag abend um 23:00 nicht für einen Absacker besetzt. Mehr als einen Platz zum Schlafen sollte man nicht erwarten.

Nettes Tagungshotel außerhalb des Zentrums

Das Doppelzimmer ist recht klein, so dass man sich mit zwei Leuten schon sehr quetschen muss. Dementsprechend hat man auch nicht die Möglichkeit seine Sachen ordentlich zu verstauen was das Zimmer direkt unordentlich wirken lässt. Bett war gut. Die Dusche was eine Dusch/Klo/Waschbecken Kombi - der Boden und die Dusche waren eine Ebene was dann dazu führte das alles Nass wurde. Generell wirkt das Hotel etwas älter. Das Frühstück ist jedoch sehr lecker und Reichhaltig. Leider gibt es kein Kostenloses WLAN dies ist nur auf eine Stunde begrenzt ansonsten muss man sich einen Telecom Zugang kaufen.

Todo perfecto

Limpio y correcto. Buena atención y personal amable. El bufet del desayuno era perfecto, con tanta cantidad y variedad que costaba decidirse para escoger. Buena calidad precio en una ciudad donde alojarse es caro. El hotel està a 5 minutos a pie del tren. Desde allí se puede viajar al centro de Hamburgo solo en 20 minutos y a un precio inmejorable. Existen billetes combinados de tren, metro, autobus i barco a muy buen precio. Las habitaciones si son para dormir son adecuadas, si se tiene que pasar horas dentro o se tiene mucho equipaje són bastaste pequeñas.

God og billig overnatning.

Hotellet er ok, men ikke en oplevelse i sig selv. Meget tæt på s-tog til Hamburg. Hvilket også kunne høres fra værelset, dog uden at være generende. Eneste minus var at baren var lukket, også selv om der tydeligvis var kunder til den.

Sehr gute Verbindung nach Hamburg mit der Bahn

Von hier aus kann man mit der Bahn gut in die Stadt fahren und sein Auto in der Tiefgarage lassen.

None friendly and far from the city

The receptionists were not nice and almost ignored me. I felt like I’m disturbing them. Also, the reception was not manned and each time i had to wait a lot of time to get a service. They didn’t try to be helpful and usually said no to every request i had. The room was fine, the breakfast was good.

Tolles Frühstück alles frisch und reichhaltig. Zimmer sehr sauber für ein Wochenende groß genug. Für längere Tage zu klein .

Leider enttäuschend

Wir waren zum 3. mal zu Besuch in dem Hotel. Der letzte Besuch war leider enttäuschend. Leider mussten wir feststellen, dass Service, Sauberkeit und Gastfreundlichkeit und Zustand des Hotel stark nachgelassen hat. Auch die Auswahl am Frühstücks Buffet hat nachgelassen. Diesmal konnte uns nicht einmal der günstige Preis überzeugen.

Mini-zimmer, kaum Platz. Für zwei Menschen fast unzumutbar. Wie ich mittlerweile erfahren habe, war es mal ein Schulungszentrum der Telekom. Die Zimmer waren als Einzelzimmer konzipiert. Jetzt stehen Kingsize-Betten drin. In unserem Zimmer funktionierte das TV-Gerät nicht. Ansonsten, das Frühstück war üppig, der Service aufmerksam, das Parkhaus gratis. Das entschädigte den Platzmangel zum Teil.

Tagungshotel am Stadtrand

Von außen und Eingangsbereich sehr hüpsch und modern, Zimmer sind sehr klein. Doppelbett und Schreibtisch, mehr passt nicht rein. Bad hat ja 3qm. Die direkt vor den Fenstern fahrende Bahn macht es leider auch sehr laut und es ist nicht gut im Stand gehalten worden. (Tapeten abgerissen, würde einfach drüber gestrichen) Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Nur die Brötchen waren trocken. Aber frisches für einen direkt zubereitetes Rührei und Spiegelei. Viel Auswahl an Aufschnitt und Käse und leckere Quarkspeisen.
