Excellent hotel in a great location near to all the sights in Hamburg. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, room was great, bed comfortable. Breakfast was excellent - lots of healthy and not so healthy options and made to order omlettes. Gym was well equipped. Bar lovely, room service quick and tasty. Definitely recommend

Staff were lovely. Room was OK but the shower was average. Person checking out next to me also complained of a blocked sink. On my level, the black duct tape covering worn carpet in the corridor was not a good look. And 36€ for breakfast where you get coffee out of a machine is a bit much.

Das Empfangspersonal wird immer unfreundlicher. Obwohl wir jedes Jahr hier übernachten. Dass unsere privaten Pfandflaschen aus unseren beiden Zimmern vom Personal mitgenommen werden, ist auch neu und nicht ok - im Gegenteil es ist beschämend.

Pænt og rent værelse, dejligt rummeligt.
Morgenmaden var fin, men ikke prangende.
Parkering koster 40 € i døgnet hvilket er samme pris som nærtliggende p-huse. Dog er der betydelig bedre plads på hotellets parkering, og personalet parkerer gerne bilen for dig. I
P-husene er pladserne så smalle at du næsten ikke kan komme ud af bilen.

Fantastisk hotel - sødeste personale og så rent og dejligt overalt. Helt fantastisk flot og stort værelse med plads til os alle 4. Morgenmaden havde alt man kunne drømme om - virkelig et hotel vi vil anbefale.
