“This is our third time staying here. The check in process is extremely simple, the host is remarkably available and quick to respond, and guests truly hold up their end of the bargain on “leaving no trace” upon leaving. There are items to borrow and items to buy in a cabinet/shelter which is on the honor system. I really appreciated the host allowing us to pay for firewood at the end of the stay so we wouldn’t have to make multiple payments- it made it extremely easy. We’re already planning……

“We had a lovely time here! It was a great little getaway. The farm is beautiful, and it was so much fun to visit with and see all the animals! The goats and sheep are so cute and friendly- but the doggies really made our stay special!! The cabin was perfect for a couples vacation. The host was also very kind and communicative. “We very much enjoyed our stay at Outback Cabin. Host was extremely responsive to a specific need we had upon arrival - huge SHOUT OUT to AJ for quickly bringing us with what we needed. We had easy visits to nearby sites: Ash Cave and Conkles Hollow. Strong advice to visitors to download offline maps as cellular signal very weak - but old-school Garmin GPS worked just fine.”

“I left a note for the housekeeper with a few things that were needed. I'm not complaining, just wanted you to know. The smoke detector started beeping last night so we took it down so we could sleep. Batteries needed changed. The trashcan needed batteries as well. Lid wouldn't open. The chain to the main floor bedroom light broke. There were no dish towels. We couldn't get the grill to light. The youngest in our party is 74 making it difficult to take the trash all the way up to the end……

“The cabin is fantastic. It is remote and private and has all you need inside for an enjoyable stay. It was clean. The owners were responsive. We ordered firewood and a s’mores kit and had a blast in the hot tub and playing games. I would definitely stay here again. ”
