「The property is located on a unique piece of land. The "backyard" area opens up to the lake and it is very peaceful to sit there and watch the sunset. So, A+ there. In July of 2026 they are doing construction on the restaurant. I'm glad to see this place get some needed TLC in the form of capital investment. The downside is there is no breakfast or anything like that. There is a coffee shop within walking distance that has breakfast items. In the morning, there is a line out the door. ...

「We stayed in one of the small cabins. The cabin was just as described on the website and in the photos. The bed was comfortable. The porch on the front of Cabin was nice. We enjoyed watching the sunset over the lake. We ate both nights at the restaurant. The food was the best we have had in a long time, with very fresh ingredients and all the staff were friendly. They went above and beyond to make you feel welcome. The service was exceptional with several extra nice touches We will be back .」

「We had 12 friends that grew up together and have known each other for 50 years. We had come to the Parquet for years, but stopped once COVID hit. We were very glad we able to rent it.The Parquet House was perfect for all of us. We do have a few suggestions: Some mats on the bathroom floors would be good to avoid slipping. We knew we had to bring sheets and towels, but we also needed toilet paper, paper towels and dish detergent and a scrubber. Not a big deal, but be good to know we needed to...
