- Expansive deck with plenty of lounging area to soak in the views of the orchards and open skies

-Kindly respect neighbors, orchards not part of the property. They love their orchards :)

GUEST ACCESS:
-Check-in process is a breeze. Guests will receive an email with electronic entrance, wifi and other house details prior to arrival

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
- Base rate is for the first 6 guests. Each additional guest is $60/pp/night
-The Town strictly enforces noise and other by-laws past 10 PM. Enforcement includes hefty fines from the Town for both guests and host
-No extra overnight guests or day visitors allowed without prior consent from the host
- Maximum 4 cars allowed at the property
- Guest names and vehicle info (make/model) required for insurance purpose
- Guests sign rental agreement with house rules

> $150/hour for late check out (after 11 AM) or early check in (before 4 PM). We are usually very busy to accommodate early check in or late check out. Appreciate your understanding.
