Lemon Tree Cottage is a comfy spot just a minute’s walk from the hospital and close to the lake and CBD. You can chill out in the bright living room, cook in the full kitchen, and you can get a good night’s sleep in air-conditioned bedrooms. Take peaceful walks by the lake or you can relax in the garden. And the best part? For every night you stay, we donate $10 to help treat the awesome NICU staff to lunch at the hospital.

Lemon Tree Cottage is located 200m to the Hospital and has easy access onto the main links heading North or South

The open-plan lounge is the perfect place to relax and unwind after a busy day. It features a 55 inch smart TV with access to all your favorite streaming apps—plus complimentary Netflix for guests to enjoy. Whether you're settling in for movie night or keeping the kids entertained, the space is set up for comfort and fun.

We've included a selection of board games for both adults and children, as well as some toys to keep younger guests happy.

Adjacent to the lounge is a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook at home, including an oven, stove, microwave, fridge, and all the essential cookware and utensils. Coffee lovers will appreciate the convenient coffee machine to kick-start the day.

The dining area sits just off the kitchen and opens directly onto a large deck, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor flow. The deck features an outdoor dining table—perfect for alfresco meals, evening drinks, or enjoying a peaceful morning coffee in the fresh air.

For families, a high chair is available on request to make mealtimes more convenient.

This area also has aircon/heatpump to keep you comfortable during all seasons.

Tea, coffee and Ecostore laundry, dishwashing & Cleaning products are supplied.

Parking available for 3 cars (4 at a squeeze)

When you book a night at Lemontree Cottage we donate $10 (per night) towards a lunch or morning tea shout for the NICU ward at Waikato Hospital.
