Comfortable stay

This was a very comfortable place with plenty of room for all 7 of us. We had tables to play games at and a nice sectional couch where we could hang out.

Very beautiful home with everything you’ll need for your stay. The host, Matt had excellent communication and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. The property is great for a couple or family, it’s very close to downtown Hamilton and a short drive to Cincinnati.

From the first contact with the host we felt at ease and welcome. There are so many positives to speak about—quiet and pretty neighborhood, beautiful backyard with plenty of room to play and area to sit, the elegance of every room, the absolute cleanliness everywhere, a very well equipped kitchen, comfortable furniture. It was a magical combination of luxury and comfort in one memorable place. Thank you and we will definitely book a trip with you as our destination again soon.

Beautiful house in what was obviously a very safe neighborhood, kitchen was clearly newly updated and modern, right down to the wine fridge, and the rest of the house had a cool funky vintage feel! Host's communication was excellent, and he was very quickly responsive. Thank you!!

Lots of space nice neighborhood

Everything was great except main floor shower did not work. The shower knobs like we’re stripped. Maybe a few more hand towels in the bathroom. We had a great stay and we would stay there again. Owners responded quickly too which was very nice. If you have a large family this house would fit your needs for sure.

We had the best experience at this home over Thanksgiving! Our host was incredibly responsive. We had a tiny hiccup with the door keypad when we arrived, and he replied within two minutes and had us inside right away.The house itself was spotless and beautifully maintained. It has this unique charm, vintage with elegant furniture, yet a perfectly cozy family room where everyone could relax together. The huge sectional couch fit our entire family comfortably, which made movie nights extra special.We had our family of four, my parents, my brother and his wife, and my sister staying together, and it never once felt crowded. There’s tons of space to spread out, and the layout made it so easy for everyone to have their own corner when they needed it.The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to prepare our Thanksgiving meal, and having a washer and dryer onsite was such a convenience for a longer stay. The yard was beautiful too! We would’ve loved to enjoy it more if it hadn’t been 20 degrees out!It was such a meaningful trip for us. The first time in a decade that our entire extended family gathered in the area, and this home made it all the more special. I can’t recommend it enough!

This place has major safety issues and bugs!The glass table in the entryway was missing its table top, leaving the pointed metal frame sticking into the air.The rail on the stair landing was VERY loose. A light touch made it sway dramatically.At least one of the scrollwork pieces in the stair railing (near the top of the stairs) was loose and turn-able. Small children could fit through.The top block on the "steps" to the back door was incredibly unstable.Additionally, we found a variety of bugs in every room on both floors.We had children present ranging in age from 2 months to 7 years and, in its current condition, this place is NOT safe!!
