“Me and my sister stayed at the property for two nights as a mid-winter getaway. The location was great-- about 5-20 minutes from everything you'd want to do in the Grand Rapids area. The neighborhood was your average blue collar neighborhood-- everyone was nice and it was pretty quiet. The house was exceptionally clean, the beds were comfortable, and all of the basic necessities were provided. We appreciated the fun decorations and all the live plants. The house is well cared for. “We had an excellent stay for Christmas with family! Very comfortable home with everything we needed. Plenty of space, an equipped kitchen, plentiful towels, blankets and even cleaning supplies to keep things fresh. Highly recommend this rental ”

“Perfect location to stay while attending a famiy wedding. Plenty of room. Home was well stocked with towels, full array of kitchen supplies, games and a few books even. Kids were hoping for better boating/swimming weather but we tried the kayaks and enjoyed the local pickleball courts. John was clear and easy to work with.”

Once you look past the obvious things that raise concerns with the property it's obvious that the hosts have provided for a comfortable stay for their guest's. Nice kitchen and very well stocked with utensils and space for everyone. Beds are all memory foam and very comfortable. Plenty of linens, hot water and good heat. We enjoyed several long walks along the trail. Quiet, secluded. Overall a very good stay.”

We thought that with the price point we’d be in a nicer area. Very industrial neighborhood surrounded by pawn shops and liquor stores. Felt safe enough, just not enjoyable walking. The backyard is open to a public walk/bike trail so the hot tub did not feel private! A small privacy wall would’ve been nice. That was very……
