Nul nul nul!!!!
Horrible!!! Hotel très sale!!! vieux!!! nourriture avariée... malade dès le premier jour à cause de la nourriture!!! odeur d'égout dans la chambre insuportable!!! Et bien entendu un accueil des plus déplorables à notre arrivée!!! C'est une honte d'afficher 4 étoiles avec un tel service!!! A ne pas conseiller du tout!!!!

L'amabilité serait un plus
Tout serait bien, si la réception de l'hôtel avait été plus aimable. Pas de chambre sur la piscine, car le prix n'était pas en concordance avec la chambre. Gain de cause a été obtenu quand même. On peut dire que les touristes embêtent la réception de l'hôtel. Pour le reste tout va bien, ainsi que le personnel du restaurant.

bonne hotel
c'est un bel hotel mais dommage que les boissons non alcoolisées ne sont pas comprise dans le forfait et un peu loin du centre ville mais apar sa rien a dire c'est un hotel ou l'on peut se reposer et travailler si on vien pour affaires!

Not up to expectation
Although 4star, not up to a 4star UK hotel.
Room: dated linen, old bumpy pillows, broken hair dryer, no comlimentary toiletries, just 1 english speaking tv channel which you can only watch if you pay £20 deposit for the remote!
Food: good quality and wide selection
Watch out for touts who are allowed to work in hotel foyer - overcharging for day trips. Stick to the organised holiday companies.
Concierge / reception: unable to give basic advice about local area eg restaurants, taxi rates etc
Spa: not clean, over charged

sadly this really nice hotel was not very clean or well maintained
