The rooms had disgusting carpets that never were vacuumed, the bed sheets weren’t changed between guests as we saw hair and ended up replacing our own sheets since there was no one else to do it, the bathrooms had pee stains on the floors, the showers were covered in mildew. We would have walked out, but it was late and we had to find a place that could also take our dog. This was my worst experience in a hotel in over 10years.

Our room was not clean. Carpet was sticky, all the towels were stained as well as the shower curtain, and the rail in the shower was half off the wall. The pool and hot tub weren’t even open which we were not aware of. We tried using the gym but were instantly hit with a strong gasoline smell in the room which was unbearable. Very disappointing stay.

Great spot to sleep
The office is easy to find on this property. I found a parking spot quickly and checked in under 5 mins from arriving. The room had air on and was comfortable. The art work on walls was local and refreshing. Breakfast was muffins and coffee. A few pieces of other items were in the fridge. Check out was quick also they are there if you need them but quick if you need to get to resting. Got back on Hwy 55 no problem.

The staff we interacted with at check-in and check-out were wonderful. Room was clean. Continental breakfast was nice. The property is in serious need of a maintenance person for interior and exterior repairs. Lawn has not been kept mowed nor have bushes been trimmed. Backdoor exit sidewalk was encumbered by a palm tree limb hanging over it. Weeds near pool. Hot tub was closed. Pool area had wasps nests. (Sign on door did warn of these)

Never stay here again!
During our check in the person at the desk didn't even stand up out of her seat to check us in. Once we got to the room the keys didn't work. In the room we found a pair of ladies support underwear that had been left there. We didn't see that until the morning and upon reporting it to the front desk to the same person, the reply was "Oh". Would never stay here again and if I could rate it below 0 I would!

El servicio del personal estuvo bien pero las condiciones de el hotel pésimas, desde la entrada estaba todo en muy mal estado y al entrar al cuarto un olor horrible a sucio, el baño muy sucio también y las camas muy sucias, definitivamente no lo recomendaría

Very Disappointed
Staff seems like they would rather be doing something else other than helping customers. Given blankets and sheets with major stains…down right nasty. Hallways smell really bad. Smells like someone has been smoking something. Usually love La Quinta … this one is the worst by far.

i checked out the hotel early and had to find another because the water was really dark the room was not clean an when i went down to move rooms the front desk an house kepping said that was going on in the area so even if she move me the water would still come out dirty but the room will be clean i just checked out because if they would have told me this at check in i would have canceled early they were to refund me but i still havent seen tht

Negative races these that work at La Quinta
The staff was rude I rented two rooms in one night be the adults had a room across the hall from the kids the third night the third day we're going to leave me in the room again for $130 and then they were so rude and we found bed bugs that we couldn't even stay the third night so we got $600 invested in rooms that we couldn't even enjoy your family time not to say that the hotel clerk was renting rooms and making master keys and giving them to the guest without knowing so the judge was walking around using their master keys just walking in everyone's rum feeling all of their appliances

Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was dirty. Stained moist carpet. Splatter all over curtains. Looked like blood? Breakfast was a muffin in a bag from the front desk.

We stayed at this hotel 3 years ago and it was beautiful, clean and friendly. When we stayed here this last week (June 2021) it was run down, dirty, smelly and just gross. The first room they put us in smelled like mold. We pulled out the hide-a-bed and there was visible mold on the mattress. The carpet felt wet on our feet. We asked to be moved. The staff was happy to move us (the only staff who was friendly at all on this trip). The second room we were moved into was filthy and smelled wet. There was visible soap scum/build up all over the shower door, the shower floor was peeling, there were tiles missing on the floor boards. There was rust all over the room. The door handle to the bathroom came off. The 50 lb mirror fell off the wall when my toddler bumped into it and nearly crushed him. It was held up with two rusty brackets. The air conditioners in the room made horrible sounds constantly and did not effectively cool the room. The pool area was absolutely nasty. There was trash everywhere, a large planter was tipped over and shattered on the ground, there were used, dirty pool towels around the pool. The hot tub was covered with a tarp and boards. It was not roped off or safely secured in any way. There were exposed wires sticking out of the building. We requested our room to be cleaned and they informed us they were only cleaning rooms on Tuesdays and Fridays due to Covid. We had a room that slept 5 and they would only give us two sets of towels.

This lace was very dirty. There were no light bulbs in the room and they couldn’t find any replacements. The hot tub was closed. The shower was very dirty and the room wasn’t clean. They didn’t have anyone to clean anything.

Overall it was fair. Everything is fairly dated. There is carpet everywhere that just feels disgusting. There was visible hair in the shower catch basin. Just lots left to be desired.

I've never stayed at a hotel where i had to bring the dirty towels to the desk to get clean ones and get additional shampoo etc. The room was not cleaned during my 3 night stay. They said they were short staffed.

Hot Tub is broken. Lots of guests bring dogs. Mold in the shower caulking. No clearly marked entrance and it’s set back from the road behind a medical clinic.

girl at front desk was not very friendly. this nice little hot tub they have in the pic is covered with trash because it is maybe under renovation. all the chairs were blown against the fence a the pool looked as though they had been like that for a while. i have stayed at plenty of hotel/motels since covid and this was the absolute worst excuse of breakfast.. hopefully they can have a normal breakfast before long because i know that was included into the price..

Was disappointed to find out the hot tub was not usable...was boarded and covered up. Booked a suite because we had a total of 4 guests. After checking in, we did not have any sheets, blankets or pillows for pull out bed. When front desk was called, they sent sheets and a blanket--said they did not have any pillows so had to go to local walmart to buy pillows and pillowcases for 2 of our guests.... Hotel was NOT booked by any means....did not have many cars in the parking lot at all for our duration of stay...so not sure why they did not have pillows--the flower beds and grass was very tall/overgrown and did not look to be maintained.

I did not request a handicap room. Unfortunately, I did not have time to cancel my arrangements due to running late for an event. The facility has went down over the years & it’s not as nice as it once was. However, I don’t think I’ll be staying here again.

Non-stop barking dogs made us leave.
Came in with family to stay overnight on our way to Florida and had to leave within an hour since the room across the hallway has several small barking dogs. They were barking non-stop to a point where the on-site clerk had to go knock on their door. Not a good experience as we didn't know pets are allowed at this hotel.

I didn’t like that there was NO room service provided even after I requested it at the front desk. A letter was placed under my room door the second day explaining housekeeper shortage. I had to go to front desk to request clean towels then was told to wait 30-45 minutes because they were drying. This was at 10 pm.
