“The property is semi clean. Most of the guests are residents or extended stay. The room I was given was updated, although the bathroom still needs remodeling. Overall I stayed here for 10 days to wait for a new tractor in IL. I did not like that the owner did not let me extend through expedia and forced me to pay directly with them and charged more. Even with the renovated rooms the motel still needs tremendous work and the area is bad and not very convenient. The ubers are very expensive due……

“I walked in the room and walked right out and drove away. I have never seen any room so disgusting in my life. If I could give it a negative 50 stars I would. I would sleep in my car before I stayed there. If they didn't have bedbugs and roaches and mice I would be absolutely shocked. Obvious prostitutes and drug dealing out in the open”

“Very dirty, peeling paint, large hole in bathroom wall, toilet didn't flush, sheets were stained, I couldn't get into my room due to the door being damaged, the pool was closed, I had to pay $60 up front in cash for a deposit on top of the room rate - had to use their ATM for the cash and was charged $3.75. I did get the $60 back when I checked out but I will never stay here again.”

“Management is terrible. The lady that was there when I checked in (said she was the manager) was extremely unpleasant and unprofessional. Location feels unsafe. Furniture was outdated and unstable. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.”
