“The stay was pleasant and the room was clean and the staff was wonderful. However, the only issue I had was the bed was not comfortable at all. The mattress was old and needed replaced. When I slept on it, I rolled into the middle of the bed. The springs in the mattress then had its last days. I informed the front desk and unfortunately the hotel was fully booked and was unable to get me another room. Overall, the hotel was nice.”
