Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located getaway. Hubbs Cellar is a cozy, stylish one-bedroom retreat just steps from Keuka Lake and Hammondsport’s Village Square. Part of the historic J.S. Hubbs Guest House, it features a fireplace, Roku TVs, a bistro area with wine fridge, and a handcrafted dining space. Includes Lovesac furniture that converts to a full bed and off-street parking. A perfect blend of comfort, charm, and history.
Guests & Visitors. The space is reserved for registered guests only. If you’d like to have someone visit during your stay, just check in withus ahead of time.

Quiet Hours. Please keep noise to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM so everyone can enjoy a restful stay — including our neighbors.

Smoking & Substances. For everyone’s comfort and safety, no smoking, vaping, or recreational drug use is allowed inside the property or anywhere on the grounds.

Parties & Gatherings. Out of respect for the property and neighborhood, parties, events, or large gatherings aren’t permitted.

Fire Safety. To keep everyone safe, we ask that you don’t use candles, incense, or anything with an open flame.

Damage. If something breaks or stops working, let us know right away so we can fix it. Guests may be responsible for damage beyond normal wear and tear.

Pets. Clean up after your pet, both indoors and outdoors. Make sure they’re house-trained and well-behaved. Prevent barking or disturbances to neighbors.

Parking. Parking is available in the designated area. Please don’t block driveways, garages, or streets.

Security. Help us keep the space secure by locking doors and windows when you head out or turn in for the night.

Respect the Space. Please treat the space with care, just like you would your own home. Try not to move furniture around, and help us keep everything clean and in good shape.
