Great spot on the water
Loved the spot, the dock, and the deck. The neighbors are great, the place was quiet and clean. The only drawbacks were the broken dishwasher and boat hoist.

Lakeside lounging
The location on the lake, hanging out on the the decks, the view as the sun rose through the kitchen window, unbeatable. Tight fit for 4 adults but we are sisters and used to that kind of closeness. We loved it and would go back!
A nice out-of-the-way cottage style place to stay. Very quiet in the off-season. Hot water is hot, steep stairs to access from the road. Great decks lakeside. Some living room furniture could use updating and the cottage could use some maintenance (awning, dishwasher, outdoor lighting). Queen bed was comfortable and clean.
Needed time alone on the lake by myself! Good place to do that. Since we had hot temps early, the air conditioner was still covered - so the first night was very hot, but it was cooler after. Great location for access to Steuben Brewery and events there. It was very peaceful and everything I needed was there. Since early in the season, the front side (lake side) of the house needed cleaning from winter cobwebs and such. Overall worth the stay.
Our daughter and my hubby and I had a fabulous fun time at Keuka Lake!! Total relaxation with the sounds of the lake lapping at the dock at night. We just did whatever we wanted after sleeping in each morning. Tried some fishing ( I couldn't hook them) afternoons we went wine tasting, purchasing a few. Checked out some of the Falls
Ate out and cooked in both. We had a great time and found the cottage perfectly charming. We will be back!
Beautiful little cottage truly meant for couples only or perhaps with smaller children. Steep stair entry would make this difficult for elderly or disabled! Amenities good however tight shower not meant for taller individuals! Still would highly recommend!!

Great little place
Went there with my family, with 2 kids. Exactly how I pictured. Nothing fancy but had everything we needed. Loved having laundry. There are steep steps that you leads to the house so if you have any mobility issues, it will he an issue. One bedroom with queen bed. There is also like a hallway room with the bunk bed. The living room is nice and most spacious room in the house. Their is deck off the house and on the water. It was quite the week we stayed eventhough the neighbors are close to you.
Location was great and the house was everything we were looking for. Outdated appliances which was very inconvenient since we brought our own food to cook. The oven filled the house with smoke so unusable. There was no camp fore pit which was disappointing for the kids. Some rotten boards on the deck. The swimming and kayaking was great from the location
Clean, well-equipped, comfortable bed, great lake- sitting. But deck boards had rotten spots and sewage was overflowing from manhole very near to lake, which we didn't notice until morning we left - needed emptying badly. Told neighbors who knew owner. Yuck . And not good for lake, either.

Liked: Check-in, communication, location
Nice with some hitches
Overall nice place. Windows dirty and dead bugs found near cups but overall clean in the house. Outside awning did not retract, outdoor light by house didn’t turn on and bees nest was seen behind speaker. Dishwasher stopped working after one cycle. Sleeping accommodations were good for my teenage daughter and I. The bunk beds are normal size, would not fit anyone taller than 5’8”(which was advertised as such). Window air conditioning units worked. Bathroom small but sufficient. Water mat was fun to play/ sun on. Grill worked perfectly. Loved the upper deck. Overall had a good, relaxing time.

First Trip to Keuka Lake
Loved the location . Enjoyed the quiet, being able to sit on the docks, great view. The cottage would benefit from some freshening up. Outside staircase needs some repairs. Loose steps, tread replaced in spots, light bulbs burnt out. Deck power washed. Windows need washed (kitchen good-great view),

Lovely lake retreat
The location of this house cannot be beat. The decks were amazing and the house was the perfect size for 2 adults and a baby. We were just able to fit a pack n play in the bunk room which was nice to be able to close the door and have some separate space. We would definitely return!
Perfect, right on the lake. Good fishing from the dock. Being in the cove was nice and calm from the rough water. Would make this reservation again for sure

Lovely cottage, great view
Great view of lake, three levels of decks, kitchen had everything we needed for preparing our meals. Cozy atmosphere. Boat lift did not seem functional but there was dock space for our boat. Enjoyed our stay here.
Location was great and being on lake was exactly what we wanted. Place was outdated, couch was musty and old. However, if i wanted a much better cottage, it would have cost quite a bit more. So, for what we spent for the stay, it was fine. I would recommend to property manager to provide list of recommendations for things to do and places to eat in the area for guests.
The place was great and fit the description online - clean and relaxing. It has everything you need to make your stay comfortable. Our only complaint was we brought our own canoe and there is no way to get it from the road to the water given the way the property is situated. One of the awesome neighbors, however, allowed us to use their staircase to carry in on our arrival and out on our departure.

Fairhaven house
Not sure of name since it is on Keuka lake🙁
The perfect size for 2 to 4, enjoyed using both decks overlooking the lake. We launched our boat at the State Park and came right to camp, about 4 mi, very easy and great to have boat right outside door. Everything we needed for cooking was there, the grill was clean and worked great. Definitely recommend this house & location.

Perfect Getaway
This house is perfect for 2 people wanting to relax and enjoy the beauty of Keuka Lake. Lots of wineries and restaurants nearby and about an hour from Lake Seneca if you wanted to take the drive. The view is gorgeous and the neighbors are friendly and helpful. The house needs a little TLC but nothing that can’t be overlooked. We truly enjoyed our stay on Keuka Lake.
This was our second year at this Cottage on Keuka Lake. We had a great time and the neighbors are awesome. We will be booking the cottage again next year.
I can’t not say anything better about this sweet little cottage. Nestled right on the west side of the lake across from the penninsula.
It was SO clean. We had 4 adults and 2 slept in the bunk room which wasn’t super ideal but because of the location and view who cares!! That view to wake up to is unbelievable!! Thank you again. You helped us fall in love with the area.
the house has everything you need and is right on the lake and is near wineries. i launched my kayak right from the dock-- no fault of the owners of course but as of mid-september when we were there, there was unfortunately construction occurring next door. they start at 7:30 am and run until 4 pm during the week. it was an absolute bummer since i had pictured hanging out at the deck-- so be sure to ask about construction before booking.
