The place was just what we imagined. Great location and the views were amazing!

We booked this for a family vacation and it exceeded our expectations. We will definitely recommend this place and Finger Lakes Premier.

Great place on the scenic Keuka Lake

We enjoyed our stay.. very clean property on the scenic Keuka Lake. 10 min ride to Hammondsport market place and 5 min to Dr. Frank Winery.. the bedrooms can accommodate 4 adults and 2 kids rest has to sleep in the living room which was quite spacious.. I would recommend this place for stay!

Perfect location!

Our group of high school friends decided to spend our 30th reunion on Keuka Lake! This house was perfect - enough beds, 2 full bathrooms- which you need with 6 women! The hot tub was great for a night of relaxing after a few wineries. But our favorite spot was the dock and firepit- with a great additional dock house. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!!

Simply irresistible

We went over Memorial Day weekend and stayed with a group of friends. It was a great house! Loved the location. The boat house was great having a fridge and bathroom right off the dock. Hot tub was not working, but we were told about that ahead of our stay. Rental company was amazing to work with. Had to call because we were missing 1 of the 2 a/c units for the house. Someone was there the next day to find them and install for us. We would definitely come back to stay at Simply Irresistible again!

Girl's Weekend

Beautiful area & view, big house. Parking area is close to road. There was less then 1/4 roll toilet paper In both bathrooms & no hot water first night, hot tub cover roller bar not functional used half of hot tub,, Called first thing in the am to report above, got the hot water, but had to buy our own toilet paper, we looked everywhere in house there was none. Overall great house, great boat house across the street, beautiful area. We had a great weekend.

Review

We had a nice weekend at Simply Irresistible. There were 8 girls staying here and the linens provided were not enough for 8 girls. We were missing blankets, pillows and comforters. The linens provided were also extremely thin and worn. It’s a large house with windows and it’s drafty even if the heat is on, so the thin blanket with holes on top of the beds were disappointing. We also ran out of toilet paper. Two thin garbage bags were provided as well. We needed much more than that since we were cooking and eating at home all weekend. Overall it was a gorgeous location and property, but the amenities were disappointing. I love messaging with hosts, but since this was through a third party company the only option was calling the “emergency help line” which I didn’t want to deal with. The property was clean and as expected otherwise.

House has good space, but pictures are dated as dock and furniture are worn. The bathroom in the boathouse was not functional and property as a whole was not clean. Had to clean floors upon arrival. This after check-in was delayed a half-hour due to property management still cleaning property at 4:00pm.

Wonderful setting and great spaces

Always a sunny or shady spot at the house or boathouse and deck. Spacious kitchen, dining and living rooms. Incredible view!

Great place on Keuka Lake

This property was great for our family. Nice location right across from the lake, and we would have used the dock area much more if the weather had been better; the dock area is spectacular. The kitchen, living area, and back deck were very nice.

Labor Day Retreat

Great place for a family escape. House is spacious with plenty of amenities. Just a short walk to the dock/boat house with plenty of restaurant and other hot spots just a short drive away. Would definitely rent this house again and the whole family is looking forward to our next visit.

July 2017 Stay

We just wrapped up a week at this rental and loved it! The home was well appointed with everything we needed and was in a great location between Hammondsport and Penn Yan and close to some new wineries and breweries as well. Our only disappointment was that the water was not turned on in the boat house for use of the restroom or sink. I would definitely recommend this home!

Girls Weekend

My friends and myself planned a "girls weekend" around the Holiday Keuka Wine trail tour. After countless searches I came across this beautiful place. I can't say enough how amazing this was. So pristine and clean and everything was already furnished, dishes silverwear etc.Not far at all to local wineries. I have recommended this spot to a few of our friends and do plan to stay here again!
