“I enjoyed my stay”

“The unit was perfect! Clean, modern and fully equipped. We very much enjoyed our apartment. One queen bed, 1 single in one small room and 2 singles in the third bedroom. Full kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine (we were given a clothes horse to dry our laundry); large bathroom with a tub. Big living room/dining room with smart tv. Small downsides: The property as a whole is a little run down and it’s on the 3rd floor of a walk up. Once we walked through and up the unit was great!”

“Upon arrival, we had difficulty locating the apartment as it was down an unmarked hallway between two bldgs. Also, the outside often had persons loitering around, leading to an unsafe feeling. That said, once inside the apartment was adequate. There was an issue with a water/toilet leak in the bathroom. The kitchen is small with limited kitchen items available (”
