“Booked a room for an employee who ended up never checking in. I called the front desk on two different days trying to cancel the reservation and both times the woman at the front desk would answer and immediately hang up, the times she did answer she did not let me speak and just rushed to get off the phone and hang up. Never ended up canceling the room.
Would not recommend staying here.”

“Pros: breakfast was above average. Great water pressure. Good lighting in the bathroom and parking lot. Cons: mold/mildew above the shower. Beds were hard as bricks. Our door looked like it had been hit by a tornado. Only one on the row not painted. No chain lock or anything extra to secure the door. Overall would probably not stay here again because mainly of the mildew and hard beds. Staff was extremely nice. ”

The room was filthy. My husband and I checked in and I began our usual hotel routine of wiping down light switches, the counter, toilet, and floors.
But the place was disgusting.
1. I used the hotel soap and put it beside the faucet. When I picked it up again, the bottom side had black and brown smears on it.
2. The wipes used to clean the countertop ended up brown
3. The wet Swiffer floor wipes ended up black
