Wonderful Vacation
This was our second stay. We loved the adorable and spotlessly clean one bedroom pet friendly cottage. The pool was refreshing and we enjoyed canoeing to a nearby uninhabited beach. We will be back next summer!

Nice and tranquil
The cottage is beautiful. The pool is very nice. It is said on bay where there is a canoe.
About a 7 minute drive to Montauk highway which is essential to a lot of things. I really did like my stay there. Everybody was very nice of the owners a very nice.

Brian and Terry were wonderful hosts. The property was clean and comfortable. Sunsets can't be beat. I would definitely stay here again. The location is close to beaches, wineries, some great restaurants, and a grocery store. The pool is very refreshing and great after going to the beach. The only thing is that the pond is not really swimmable.

This property offers so many amenities you get a bay Waterview with amazing sunsets and a nice size cottage. That’s super cute clean and decorated with air conditioning a full kitchen, a front porch and all of the games on the property with bonfire and pool. They also offer a lot of channels on the TV, it was definitely worth it. Brian was AMAZING

Perfect vacation!
Third time at this lovely property. Beautiful grounds with daily visits from wild turkeys and deer. Close to beaches, restaurants, and shopping. Immaculate cottage with WiFi, large tv, complete kitchen, and a great deck with a gas grill that looks out to the water. We will be back again next August!
