“Stay was nice, clean room, and pool was amazing!”

“The property was horrible. The bed had a whole in the side of the mattress. The platform bed was almost on the floor I wished I could attach pictures. Initially I was going to cancel the room. Then the sent me a email thanking me and stated they had renovations. THAT WAS A LIE! STAY AWAY!!”

“So, here's the list: 1. The floors were sticky, which left my black socks dingy at the bottom. 2. The toilet flushes violently, with the water splashing back on you. 3. The shower was spraying both in the front and the back. It left water bubbles on the ceiling. 4. The towels had pubic hairs in them...they were sitting dry. 5. Even though they have a no smoking sign, you can tell(if you're not a smoker) that someone smokes near or in the room. 6. Sketchy people walking around the building and……

“Poor cleaned and dirty sheets”

“The office and the room had a vile oder. After checking in the staff said she had to go change the sheets. When she gave me the room there was feces all over the toilet, the shower was dirty, the bed had a flat sheet that didn't fit, the microwave and fridge was dirty.”

“The drawers in our room were dirty. We had to get the manager to come to fix the TV in our room. There was no one at the desk during check out on 5/31 so I inserted my key card at a nearby machine.”
