This location was perfect for beach access: i e. directly through a walking path across the street. You could also walk west along the street to access other local short paths to the ocean. Many other beaches up the NH coast were a short drive away if you left early in the am to access parking. The lodging was recently remodeled, therefore everything was nicely designed and clean. The inground pool seemed small and not open when we were there. The backyard had many places for relaxing and eating outside, though closed for the season when we were there.Our room was an end unit, thus it included 1 bedroom wthj a king-size bed and seperate ample living/ dining area with windows on 2 walls, great for relaxing with a large screen TV. The bathroom was tiny. The kitchen was sufficient though had limited cooking utensils. Most of the exterior balconies were accessible to all so we could choose sun or shade if taking a break oat the location outside.
