"I recommend calling them after making a reservation especially when you’re staying for more than one night just to confirm reservation. I reserved a 2 queen bed room only to find out that they have ran out of 2 queen bed rooms and ended up having a king bed room. No big deal bc we only stayed for one night but just a heads up, so I recommend that you call them. The rooms are clean, amenities are good, place smells good."

"Very poor lighting outside at night. Room was cramped, mattress super soft. The thermostat control was awful, it was either to cold or to hot. TV malfunctioning at night called down to desk who said to turn it off but control did not work. We had asked for another room prior to check in. She stated full but when I called to complain about the TV I was told they could change my room Hmmm… who was not telling the truth? Night shift female only wanted to be on phone. The man that checked us out in the AM was more interested in smoking, which we had to walk through. This is the only Hampton inn without dark roast coffee. They said they have not made it since Covid. So if u like a cup of hot brown water go for it. The breakfast attendant would not speak even when spoken to. The only brag that I can give is the water is HOT."

"Overall, this could have been worse. The hotel was undergoing maintenance so maybe things will be better in a month or two. The breakfast was to be expected for the price point meaning not great but good. Found a dead bug in the morning but was it there or did it hitch a ride with us? The room was a bit worn down and the lighting was poor."
