Hamtramck Hotel with Pool

"Parking and construction made things a little difficult but the hotel is doing an excellent job of handling with signs and convenient valet services."

"Upon check in the clerk was very professional, friendly and smiled during the whole check in process. I had an issue with room, the next clerk was very apologetic, and report my concern to management, who then took care of it!! This property is very clean, quiet with comfortable beds!!! My only issue was no pool towels or room towels! Housekeeping took care of it immediately!! I definitely will stay there again!"

"Great property. Impressive room size. A couple of water bottles and robes would be a nice addition to step it up since it presents itself as an upscale hotel. Staff are very friendly Lots of construction in the area. "

"Stayed here for the breezy concert from Ohio, drove all the way here. Complementary valet parking. Concert was at ford field they provided free shuttles to the stadium. Mind you an Uber is 59.99 for a six minute drive… THE ROOM IS WORTH IT. But when got back from the concert, blankets and pillow was obviously not cleaned. Went to the front, told them… it’s like 1:30am at this point, finally got new ones then spoke with the night manager he was extremely insensitive to us never once said sorry. I was beyond mad, woke up and checked out. Spoke with the manager, she was VERY professional, friendly and helpful. Showed her the pictures and videos, she refunded the stay and that was SO unexpected. They care about customer satisfaction here and the hotel is AMAZING."
