"Great property, great host and a perfect location. Walked to the beach almost every day. Things were a little warm the first few days due to Hurricane Fausto passing by to the north and cutting off the trade winds, but that’s an unusual situation. We loved our time in Hanalei and appreciate Ann for all she did to make sure our stay was a good one. We can’t wait to get back."

"Quarter mile walk to the beach (eastern side of the main beach). Kitchen was well stocked for cooking and BBQing. We picked up charcoal at the local store to BBQ. Lots of fans to keep the main area and kitchen cool. The ACs in the bedrooms were nice for sleeping. Super fun open layout of the kitchen and living room. Coffee maker was available with filters. Had some frying pan spray, salt, pepper in addition to the cooking and baking items.One of the best aspects was the backyard outdoor shower. So amazing to take a hot shower outside in Hanalei, especially fun when it was raining outside.Check in and out process was easy. Great location for the cost (not on the water but super close, walking distance).Would stay there again in the future!"

"Staying at this property is a dream! Wonderful amenities, location and access to activities. The house is gorgeous and a very relaxing. There are a few details worth mentioning: to walk into town it's quite a hike in the hot sun, it's easier to ride one of the provided bikes. The house is situated along a busy road, so take care when biking. Also note the bed mattresses are extremely firm, in case that matters to you. We would go back there a hundred times over!"

"What a dream this rental property was!It is centrally located to all the must see spots in Hanalei - about a 5 minute walk to the Hanalei Beach Pavilion, about 8 minute walk to the Pier and about 12 minutes walk to Ching Young Village. It is perfect for 2 people, a king sized bed, large bathroom and common area, and a gorgeous lanai to enjoy the elements but also protected from the inevitable Kauai rain. There is a Very private (and enormous) lawn, a completely private outdoor shower, washer and dryer, and a covered space equipped with beach essentials (umbrella, chairs, cooler, wagon) and to hang any wet clothing. The house is located behind another house right off Weke road which proved to be quiet, private, and luscious. The rental company initiated communication before we arrived to ensure we had a smooth check in and was quick to respond to our questions, via text. Would recommend to anyone and would definitely stay there again!"

"Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful stay at this Hanalei house. The location was excellent—close to the Bay and everything we wanted to see and do downtown, making it easy to get around and enjoy the area. The property was very clean, well-maintained, and had plenty of space for our group to relax comfortably. Everything was exactly as described, and we appreciated how welcoming and organized the home felt. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others."
