「My wife and I stayed here for our honeymoon for a whole week. It is such a peaceful environment, and is very close to the beaches. It is in a more rural area of the island, so you can see the stars super clearly at night. Some people complained of the chickens making too much noise, but we didn’t find that to be a problem. The yard is super private, and you’re about 98% out of view of your neighbors. 」

The kitchen was well equipped (even a bbq that we used a few times to grill local fish) and there were beach chairs, boogie boards and a surf board for us to use. The place is very comfortable and clean. We loved being so close to Hanalei - both the town and the beach! The host was also great - great communication and helpful tips and reminders. Thank you! 」

「Stunning location. Love being deep in the green of The Garden Isle. Uncrowded beach right in your backyard. Put to sleep by the sound of crashing waves. Steve was always responsive and helpful yet laid back and non-intrusive. Even the maintenance crew that showed up as we were leaving were super kind and helpful. A few things in the house could use updating and repair but in no way would keep me from renting again. We had what we needed, both indoors and out. It was hard to leave. 」
