"I stayed at the Crowne Plaza Zhengzhou High Tech Zone for 9 nights. The place is clean, quiet, and the breakfast was outstanding with so many choices. I don't speak or understand Chinese, but the staff were all very patient and we managed to communicate just fine. If you are in the area I highly recommend this hotel. 5 stars for certain!!"

"My first visit to Zhengzhou, but the staff made every effort to make me feel comfortable during my stay. Although I had issues with wifi not working for some reason. I absolutely appreciated the fact that the front desk agent tried very hard to troubleshoot. Thank you Crowne Plaza staff for memorable trip and a comfortable stay. "
