“No hot tub, and no bathtub. Only a shower. Place was clean and comfortable. Good, safe parking. Staff very helpful. Would stay there again.”

“The 2-bed room is next to a busy road. Very noisy! But the bed is good”

“The property was clean. The staff was friendly. The location was great. We would definitely stay again.”

“It was 11 o'clock in the evening, and someone on the 4th floor was constantly making loud noises and stomping on the floor, I live in 3 floor, I try to sleep, but it is hard because it is loud. I called the service desk twice, but the problem was not solved well. The most basic thing a good hotel should provide customers with a good rest. I have stayed here at least five times and was very disappointed this time.”

“The first room provided had a smoke smell. We had to take all are luggage back to the first floor front desk. We changed rooms. There is a swimming pool but in the Winter, we enjoy the spa but they didnt provide it. My son was cold so he wanted to take a bath but the water stopper was broken. Staff tried to fix it but she said tomorrow at 7 am people could come to fix it or we could change rooms again. We do not appreciate the service but we did not want to change rooms again. Staff service and……

“There was 3-4 police cars and firefighters that had to physically remove some meth head that was screaming and cussing! We were asked to wait in the lobby while the police tried to de escalate and remove her. It was a whole thing but the staff were extremely nice and friendly! The hotel could use some updating and serious TLC.”

“I got an old, dirty and smelly room. But the front desk service and the restaurant are not bad.”

“It looks like Quality Inn just bought the property and is fixing it up. Unfortunately the room we stayed in was not remodeled and yet was at a price we would associate with a much nicer room. Not at the standard I have come to expect from Quality Inn.”

“Second yr in a row we’ve stayed here and it’s great! Good breakfast options, clean rooms, staff are all friendly. Good amenities too. Would recommend!”

“Difficult to find as it is tucked in with another hotel. Easy access once you figure that out. Clean rooms and breakfast area. Nice to have a little snack shop. Breakfast was ok- no non milk option that I saw though. Staff very nice and helpful.”

“There was broken blinds, the coax cable was broken, no tv signal, dirty sink, no mattress cover. This was room 327. Front desk moved me to room 328. When I walked in room was dirty used and had not been cleaned, bed all undone and keys on counter. I had to go back to 327. Horrible experience I would like my money back. ”
