Disliked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities, room comfort

Dirty, old and run down

Staff was nice and helpful. However, the hotel is too old, and looks very run down. At around 1am, a rat appeared from behind the cabinets and scurried around behind the cabinets for a bit. I quickly asked staff for a different room. They told me there was none so i just told them to take me to the airport because no way i was going to sleep in a room with a rat scurring around. The front desk quickly got me another room and it was ok from there on. The pictures and reviews they post are misleading. Definitely not a 4 star rating like they try to make themselves out to be. 2 stars at most.
