Our property is situated in the tranquil alpine village of Hanmer Springs.
This home is warm, homely and comfortable, and situated up a shared driveway. It is a 15 min stroll to the amazing Thermal Hot pools and Spa and only 5 minutes to the golf club. Walking and extensive bike trails are also near with entry points right in the village. The amazing sculpture walk is a must and is perfect for all the family to enjoy, young and old.
The property is 3 bedrooms; 2 bathrooms and is ideal for 3 couples or 2 families. We’re all about family gatherings and making memories with the WHOLE family so your pets are welcome in the secure fenced backyard.
There are plenty of puzzles to nut out and books to read on a rainy day. and enjoy the glow from the log fire. The property is fully furnished and has a full kitchen you can cook up your favourite meals with, or if that’s not for you, then visit our amazing restaurants where your spoilt for choice.
Unlimited broadband is also supplied.

Great stay

Thai place had everything we needed, a lot he rooms were a great size, nice and warm with fire and heat pump. Location good, can either drive or walk in to town. House was very clean and tidy and had everything we needed. The host was amazing at communication. We had a wonderful stay. Thanks again!

Nice stay in Hanmer

The house is in a great location, quiet residential area a short walk from town. It is overlooked a close to neighbours on all sides but that was clear in the listing and didn’t stop our enjoyment of it. Good size for a family of 4.

Great holiday stay

This was a great place to stay on our stay in Hanmer Springs. Karryn was easy to deal with and very good with communication. The property overall was very pleasant to stay at and was very relaxing. It is located in a nice quiet area of Hanmer Springs and just a quick walk to the town centre. We would happily stay here again when in Hanmer Springs and would recommend this property to others.

The house was awesome, very clean and plenty of space for us all. We had 2 issues: we got sent the wrong access code for the lock box (this would be an easy fix) and my Bookabach app didn't show our booking so it was difficult to find out information about the house or our trip. This was important as we had three households joining together for the weekend and I couldn't forward information to the others in our party. A bit of a pain but nothing to do with the house owner.

Great Family Retreat

Our stay was wonderful. The warmth of the place welcomed us as soon as we arrived, and the heating system ensured our comfort throughout. Situated in a great location, we enjoyed easy access to nearby attractions and stunning views. The cleanliness of the property was impeccable, although we found ourselves short on cups in the kitchen, which could be improved. Overall, it provided us with a delightful getaway, and we would happily return for another visit.

Easy going house. Pictures are accurate. Floors were in need of more of a vacuum when we arrived. Lock box number had been changed but a call to the number solved that easily. Would’ve been nice to have more toilet paper as 7 people staying for theee nights. Otherwise a really good stay and a good location. Thanks

Easter getaway

Lovely house, very clean and nice that we could bring our dog. The garden was secure for the children and dog. The beds were comfortable with nice bedding. The kitchen had everything you needed. The neighbours moved their vehicle so that we could park 2 cars near the house. I would definitely stay in this accommodation again .

Great weekend away.

Great house for 2 families, just what we needed. Parking was a little tight for a van, with neighbors so close but we still managed. Water pressure in showers not great but over all house was just what we needed. Clean, tidy and great games dvds to keep kids entertained. Great distance from town. Really enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

Weekend getaway

A great place for all the family and we loved that we could bring the 2 dogs with us. The house was very clean and the backyard was secure for the pets. I would have preferred a place with more privacy as neighbour's are able to see in most windows of the property. The property is an easily walkable distance from town. We had a checkout time of 10am which we were able to extend by an hour for a small fee which we appreciated.

Winter festival

Great stay - lovely warm house easy to find and good off street parking. It’s not a private house and you get a bit of noise from other houses around, you can hear them banging around. It wouldn’t put us off staying again however. Be great if the DVD worked in the lounge or you had a smart tv where we could watch our own Netflix. Fire was great and lots of dry firewood. Beds had nice linen on them and lovely white towels too. Thank you

A great property for our family visit, clean, warm and had everything we needed. Only slight issue was the access code we were supplied was incorrect and the revised code we were given was also incorrect, however we got it sorted and enjoyed the rest of our stay very much.
