“The property was excellent. The house was clean and well furnished. The neighborhood was quiet and you are with walking distance of several eating establishments. The host was very helpful and easy to get a hold of. Enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to others”

“Plenty of room for 6 people and comfy beds. Close to downtown Hannibal attractions. Well stocked kitchen but close to restaurants so no need to cook.”

“My husband, myself, our son, daughter, son-in-law and 11 month old grandson stayed one night in Hannibal. The location was good, home was clean with nice size bedrooms. One bedroom and bathroom were on the main level. There are several steps to the second level which was fine or us, but if you have difficulty with steps be aware. The water pressure was not very strong when taking a shower, but worked for us.”

“This property was very spacious, clean and was a short walk to the river and the many restaurants and shops along the Mississippi River. ”

“Check in was easy, it's a great old house all 11 of us had plenty of room. Wifi worked great. Close/walking distance to downtown. Quiet neighborhood. Some of the houses on the block need to be updated, however we felt safe. Had a great trip, host was very kind and informative.”

The kitchen was well stocked, sheets and towels were soft and smooth, additional dining chairs were in place prior to our arrival and everything was clean. ”

“Perfect Spot! If you’re looking for a spot with a great view, that’s steps from downtown this is it! Great open loft, still has architectural detail from the buildings former function. Will definitely stay here the next time I’m in town.”

“Stayed here a total of 10 nights (2 reservations) while our daughter was at Hannibal Regional Hospital recovering from complications of a surgery. We rented the upstairs unit first, (Parlor on Paris) also 2 reservations, but switched to Huck's Hideaway when we realized we would be in town several weeks. Since we were taking shifts & staying with her around the clock, it was the perfect place to relax, refuel & rest. Kitchen was very functional with a great gas stove & full size appliances.……

“This was a great place to stay overall. Very spacious place. The neighborhood wasn't very good, and constant traffic. Not a deal breaker for us, just informing others. The biggest issue was the drain pump for all water is loud. Couldn't do anything with water without waking my wife or vise versa. The manager/ owner was very accommodating & nice. ”
