Very friendly, helpful staff. Clean room. Lovrly breakfast snd again friendly staff. I would stay again when in Hanoi. I had room 401 no window . Next timd i will have window room. Also in 401 there is no electric socket near kettle. I Had to move it to bed side table . Tjank you.
