“We booked to stay here at the last minute and got a great deal online. Our check in was prompt and friendly and the room was clean with a balcony and good air con. We only stayed for one night but would happily have stayed longer, the roof terrace was great for a couple of happy hour beers and a tasty lunch. All staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was basic but adequate for the price! Overall a great value hotel and in a good location to explore Hanoi.”

“We had a wonderful time staying at Grand Hotel du Lac Hanoi. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. It was a pleasant stay. We had a mocktail at the sky bar and it was very delicious. Forgot what it’s called but it has dragon fruit, mango with hibiscus tea. ”

“If not for the billing mistakes and claims for minibar (which were resolved) it would have been perfect. Don't tell the guest that the water and soft drink is complimentary in a suite when your staff then claims payment for this. ”
