We used this hotel for its cheap price just to dump our bags and relax until our overnight train. Perfect location for train street ,eateries and railway station. Room is very basic, but clean. Staff were accomodating.

First the good: The location is great. It's centrally located right next to the Train Street. Most of the major attractions in the city are within walking distance. There's plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The bad: They claim a 24 hour desk, it's not. They advertise a free airport shuttle. First, it's not free, and second, it failed to show up and I had to take a cab. And the room was not quite as advertised. The staff were friendly and helpful, but the hotel is basically a 1.5* hotel. It was super inexpensive and the location was great. So, not bad for the price.

Excellent for the price

Obviously, given the price point it is hardly going to be the Ritz-Carlton. However, we were very happy to find that all the basics were covered: - Clean, freshly made beds - Clean, en-suite bathroom and shower - All appliances working (TV, fridge, AC), although the AC was a bit loud. The location is great, there's a laundry place just round the corner and plenty of places to eat. Ideal for a short stay or (as we used it) for a nap and a shower before a late-night flight.

There are reasons why I left this hotel on the first day. The room smelled so bad that I had headache. I asked them to change my room, but they didn't do. The shower pressure was week and not hot. The bed was small, my foot was out of the bed. Outside was too noisy until midnight to sleep.

Pros: Location is okay, quite close to the train street. Had a kettle (but no tea or coffee) Cons: Bed was very hard and felt all the springs in my back. Window didn’t close and make the street even noisier No soundproofing, can hear everyone downstairs and walking up the stairs. Shower drain was blocked and the wet room filled with water. Bottles of water wasn’t free like every other hotel.

家族で経営してるかのような小さめのホテル。 ハノイ駅、ホアンキエム湖、ホアロー収容所が徒歩圏内にありロケーションは良い。反面、通りを走る車のホーンは煩いが、近くに食堂街があり食事にも困らない。 夜中はホテル入口ドアに鍵が掛かり、出入りするにはロビーで仮眠中の従業員を起こして開けてもらう必要があり気が引ける。 エレベーターは無く階段のみ。 浴室に換気扇はなく窓には網戸が付いてないので、シャワー使用時に窓を開けると蚊サイズの虫が２、３匹入って来る。手洗い用の液体石鹸はあったが、シャンプーやボディーソープの備え付けはない。 たまたま泊まった部屋だけだったのも知れないが、シャワーを使おうとしても水しか出ず、お湯と水の配管が左右逆である事に気付くまで時間が掛かった。 4つ星5つ星を定宿としてる人には厳しいだろうが、2つ星3つ星で探してる人なら我慢できるレベル。 従業員の態度は良く、その点での不満はない。

安く済ませるにはいいホテルでした。きれいというほどでもないですが不潔感も無いです。1回分の袋入りシャンプー、ハンドソープ、歯ブラシ・歯磨き粉、髪ぐし、ドライヤーがついています。バスタオルとハンドタオルもあります。ひげ剃りはついていません。コップはありますが水垢がついていたので気になる方は持参するといいかもしれません。 付近には食堂街があり朝はそこで済ますこともできます。ホテル前には歩道がありませんので歩くときは注意が必要です。 スタッフは親切な方でした。空港へのタクシー送迎も手配してくれますので利用すると便利です。
